My Background
Jean Minier holds a Master’s degree in International Law from Toulouse University II and was awarded a Monbukagakusho scholarship to pursue studies at Osaka University. His journey with the Japanese language began in high school, and he is now fluent in Japanese and English, with French as his native tongue.
His first experience in Japan was as a Rotary Club exchange student in 1999. He returned in 2004 to Osaka, later relocating to Tokyo, where he began his career in the wine industry. In 2011, following the Fukushima earthquake, Jean transitioned into consulting, marking the beginning of his path in executive search and leadership advisory.
