I am a research-driven and naturally curious professional who enjoys learning about new industries, markets, organizations, and people. I am particularly interested in the process of taking an unfamiliar subject, breaking it down into meaningful information, and developing a deeper understanding of it through research.  My previous professional experience has taught me that effective research is not simply about gathering as much information as possible. It is about knowing what information matters, asking the right questions, identifying reliable sources, and organizing findings in a way that allows others to make informed decisions.

Area of Focus

As I build my career in executive search, I am expanding my research capabilities across different industries and developing a broader understanding of the talent landscape in various markets. My current primary area of focus is the consumer market, particularly the technology sector. I am interested in learning how technology companies evolve, the different roles and expertise required within the industry, and the characteristics that distinguish exceptional talent. At the same time, I enjoy the variety that executive search provides and look forward to exploring other industries and developing expertise in areas beyond my primary focus.

Background

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Visayas. My professional background includes working as a Legal Virtual Assistant and Intake Specialist for a medical malpractice law firm and as an Administrative Officer in the Department of Education. Across both roles, I developed a strong foundation in research, information analysis, organization, and attention to detail. As a Legal Virtual Assistant, I regularly encountered unfamiliar cases and topics that required me to conduct research, verify information, and identify the details most relevant to the team. My administrative experience further strengthened my ability to manage information systematically, coordinate multiple responsibilities, and work accurately within a structured organization. Outside of work, I enjoy painting, drawing, and exploring different forms of creative expression.  I occasionally take on commissioned charcoal portraits as a side hustle.  For me, painting is also a way to step away from structured work and approach things from a different perspective.
