On this Podcast, Simon and I will be discussing how companies shortlist candidates, which ones they select for the final interview round and why they select them.  How companies identify their preferred candidates, move them to the pre-offer phase and lastly the offer interview.

Should the selected candidate sign, the company will then proceed with a background check and send an offer letter.
