#32 – Japan Investment Banking CEO & Entrepreneur (David Shirt Part 2)
/

On this podcast, we were absolutely delighted to welcome back David Shirt who discussed how his business, Astris Advisory has had to pivot from their original strategy, their overseas expansion and future growth of their business.  David cited the Pivot and Persist strategy as being cornerstone to the company’s success.

David discussed the best sales person he hired as a manager and how he himself persisted to succeed during the early part of his career as an equity sales professional.

Lastly, he gave some fascinating insight into why financial regulations still requires you to have a Fax Machine in order to qualify for a license should a client decide to fax you an order!
