My experience in research, strategic analysis, and stakeholder engagement has strengthened my ability to approach challenges with curiosity, attention to detail, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Research has always been at the core of my professional journey. I enjoy conducting in-depth research, analyzing information from multiple perspectives, and developing insights that support informed decision-making. As I continue to build my career in executive search, I am committed to expanding my knowledge of different industries, talent markets, and business landscapes while continuously refining my research capabilities.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Manila, where I developed a strong foundation in research, governance, public policy, and analytical thinking. Prior to joining Ascent Global Partners, I built my career in government, where I was involved in policy research, project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive support. Working in a fast-paced environment strengthened my ability to analyze complex information, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me planning my next travel adventure, trying new recipes, baking, or spending time with my dogs. I enjoy exploring new experiences and believe that curiosity and lifelong learning are essential to both personal and professional growth.
