My Expertise

I leverage my experience obtained in various client-facing roles in the past. My target area of expertise is mid-to-senior level searches, matching candidates with clients.  I have been actively building talent pools and a client base. I distribute my tasks between Recruitment, Business Development, and Self-Improvement.

Area of Focus

As a recruitment consultant, I have the expertise to identify and secure top-tier financial market clients. With an understanding of the needs of our clients, I have established an extensive network of highly skilled professionals. By leveraging market insights and data-driven methods, I provide clients with a comprehensive and efficient recruitment process tailored to their unique needs. My ultimate objective is to help our clients acquire the most suitable talent and maintain a competitive edge in the dynamic financial markets industry.

My Background

I started my professional life in the military, where discipline, problem-solving skills, and unyielding attention to detail were instilled in me. After my time with the military, I pursued my business degree in accounting, while working as a pharmacy technician at CVS/Pharmacy, which established my foundation in client-facing roles. I have always had a keen interest in living and working in Japan.  After obtaining my degree, I spent about a year teaching English and absorbing my new surroundings. Returning to the US, I received an opportunity to be a Patient Intake Representative at Labcorp, where I took full advantage of learning many aspects of the clinical diagnostic laboratory industry and over the course of 6 and a half years, grew professionally and demonstrated expertise in Key Account Management. I was then offered the opportunity to take the next step and grow in the recruitment industry, in addition to the benefit of returning to Japan. My personal time is spent with my growing family, reading, and doing volunteer teaching.
