Chu Fang Chiang

Chu is a Director and cover the Fixed Income, Currency & Commodities sell side and asset management sector.

Richard Williams

Richard covers financial service companies in Tokyo. This includes, cryptocurrency companies, financial service and FX brokers.

Michael Byrne

Michael is a Director specializing on the Technology sectors with a particular focus on Small/Mid Sized Companies & Legal.

Jamal Shaladan

Jamal is a Director and covers both the Legal and Technology sectors with a particular focus on private practice.

Tom Donnelly

Tom is a Director and covers both the Industrial and Sales & Marketing sectors. Tom has over 10 years experience working at some of Japan's largest recruitment firms.

Hitomi Morinaga

Hitomi is our office manager and has been working with Ascent Global Partners since 2017. She speaks native Japanese, fluent Tagalog & English.

Abigail Morales

Abigail handles our administration and recruitment coordination. She is also responsible for on-boarding & training new staff.

Irah Eisma

Irah is our online recruitment coordinator. She is responsible for marketing and coordinating all recruitment activity online.

Anastasiia Tsarenko

Anastasiia is a technology consultant. She graduated from Hitotsubashi University with a Masters Degree in Social Studies. Anastasiia speak Native Russian, Fluent English and Japanese (JLPT N1)

George Sames

George is part of our financial services team and covers the asset management industry with a particular focus on hedge fund clients. George has a strong background in sales and business development.

Kesiah Esteban

Kesiah is part of our Legal and Compliance team. Kesiah specializes in Compliance and joins Ascent Global Partners as an entrepreneur having previously ran her own business in the Philippines.
